Job Title: Business Process Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at mycnajobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience working with customers to achieve their business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Industry Best Practice guidance to customers
- Lead process changes aspects of project/solution delivery
- Maintain trusted advisor status with the customer throughout the engagement
- Work with clients to manage business change required within their organization Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting experience in ITSM-related process and platform implementation engagements
- Experience in process definition, mapping, and advising towards best practice and continuous improvement
- ITIL v3 or v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
- 3+ years' experience with the ServiceNow platform Benefits:
