Role Description:

• Technical Architect with 12-14 Years Relevant experience into ServiceNow with Technical Architect expertise.
• Strong knowledge & expertise on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, Mid-Server areas.
• Expertise into Client Script, Business Rule, Script include, UI Policy, Data Policy, Transform map, Service Catalog, Service Portal, SLA configuration, Workflow, Flow designer, Knowledge management areas.
• Good knowledge & hands on experience into Integration through Rest API.
• Strong knowledge on both development & Admin activities.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Instance Upgrade & Cloning activities.
• Strong communication Knowledge to get the requirements from user/ Customer end.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
