ServiceNow Developer with ITAM/SACM

Job Title:

ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer ServiceNow solutions in large complex environments.
• Integrate disparate systems using SOAP, REST APIs, scripted web services, and plugins.
• Configure and enhance core applications, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting. Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and integration.
• Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow features, including Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, creating reports, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills for customer IT and business management interactions. Integration Expertise:
• REST, SOAP, JSON, Scripted REST web service APIs.
• MID Server Integration.
