ServiceNow Developer Role

At Diverse Lynx, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules. Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
• Solution Integration: Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
• Application Development: Perform end-to-end application development, including UI design, workflow automation, and scripting.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Coding Standards: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and ServiceNow development guidelines.
• Upgrade and Patching: Perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching to ensure minimal disruption to services.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Integration: Support the integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, security models, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Module Expertise: Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Additional Certifications: Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
• Programming Skills: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs, and integrations.
• UI and Security Knowledge: Experience in UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and related areas.
