Job Description: We are urgently looking for a Servicenow Developer with expertise in technical writing to join our team. The role involves administering and performing contract requirements, including development, architecture, portal customization, and documentation. Responsibilities:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), REST APIs, workflows, UI development, dashboards, reporting, security (ACLs), and update sets. Design, create, and manage ServiceNow architecture, including orchestration, CRM, integration services, and CMDB. Design, build, and customize ServiceNow portals, widgets, and themes with a focus on UX/UI principles. Mentor and collaborate with team members, providing training and guidance. Develop technical documentation such as manuals, guides, and process documentation, working closely with subject matter experts. Qualifications:3+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience. 3+ years of ServiceNow portal and UI customization experience. Excellent communication skills and mentorship experience.
