Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to support the implementation and sustainability of our configuration management database (CMDB) in a hybrid environment. About the Role

The successful candidate will have recent experience implementing and building CMDBs, as well as expert knowledge of ServiceNow Application, including service graph connectors and workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify solutions and provide assessments to establish baselines.
• Assist with the implementation of ServiceNow and help sustain process and audits.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to implement processes and documentation for future use and audits.

Requirements:

• Recent experience implementing or building CMDBs.
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Application, including service graph connectors and workspaces.
• Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• ServiceNow Certifications and Training.
