Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Lead Duration: Contract, On-Site Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with a strong background in on-premises implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 3 successful on-premises implementations for large clients.

The successful candidate will be a certified ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end-to-end design and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards for ServiceNow
• Create and configure ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with product teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive views of the ServiceNow architecture at both high and granular levels
• Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality

The ideal candidate will have experience in on-premises and cloud architecture design, as well as platform fine-tuning and upgrades for on-premises ServiceNow instances. Experience with custom integrations, platform customizations, and maintenance for on-premises instance management is also essential.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can receive complex input from product and business stakeholders, translate it into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
