We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Technical Lead to manage the ServiceNow platform for our client in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Servicenow and be able to migrate to new experiences. About the Role
This is an on-site opportunity that requires the ability to work remotely 2 days a week and 3 days in office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing design tasks, developing components of application and technical architecture, and executing tests for the application or technical architecture components. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture
- Develop test cases and data
- Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components
- Assist with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions
- Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects
- May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff Requirements
- Level 8 - 12 years+ preferred by HM
- Experience with ITOM & Discovery, Service Graph & Mapping, Configurations, Integration & Automation, Performance Analytics, ITSM, Migration & Upgrade, Service Portal, Employee Centre, Employee Centre Pro, Service Catalog Flex Skills/Nice to Have
