Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow JavaScript APIs and Portal Development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, partnering closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using ServiceNow JavaScript APIs.
• Build and enhance ServiceNow portals with a strong focus on UI/UX and front-end customization.
• Gather and analyze requirements from business units to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Continuously improve development processes, integration, and automation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow platform development.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow JavaScript APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal Development (including widgets, Service Portal themes, and UI customization).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Experience creating custom applications and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
• Experience in scripting (client/server side), UI policies, business rules, and flow designer/workflows.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
