ServiceNow Development Specialist - IT Operations

Job Title: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) with experience working in a government hosted DevSecOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Manage existing ServiceNow code and architecture, troubleshoot existing solutions and processes, and support maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience.
• Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations.
• IAT II certification required and ServiceNow certifications desired.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
