IT ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced IT ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles
• Develop and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
• Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks
