A ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications.
The successful candidate will take part in technical development, focusing on Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
- They will design and develop solutions for Customer Experience Workflow Applications, including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and Customer Service Portal.
- They will also work on Technology Experience Workflow Applications, including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for Employee Experience Workflow Applications, including HR Service Delivery, Employee Onboarding and Transitions, and Workplace Service Delivery. User Experience
The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces.
- They will configure and enhance the Next Experience UI for tailored and seamless interactions.
- They will use UI Builder and Service Portal to deliver role-based dashboards and customized workflows that meet client-specific requirements. Integration and Data Management
The successful candidate will integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- They will manage data migration and ensure alignment across ServiceNow modules and external systems for consistent data integrity.
- They will also work with workflow data fabric and RaptorDB. Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
- Deep understanding of customer journey optimization, including touchpoints in marketing, sales, and commerce.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle touch points, such as onboarding, daily productivity, and career development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow-specific tools like Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems to create end-to-end workflows.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions. Benefits
