ServiceNow Platform Expert

We require an individual who will administer and maintain the stability and performance of an on-premise ServiceNow platform. This includes performing system upgrades, patching, cloning, and performance tuning, as well as managing user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls. The ideal candidate should be able to monitor and troubleshoot system health, logs, and integrations, and collaborate with development teams to support customizations and deployments. Additionally, they should ensure configuration compliance and maintain platform documentation, participate in change control and incident response processes, and have experience supporting on-premise instances of ServiceNow.

The successful candidate should hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and possess at least two years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator. They should also have a strong understanding of ITSM modules and platform architecture, experience with system upgrades, patching, and mid-server configuration, and the ability to work in an Agile and/or secure government environment.
