Enterprise Software Architect - ServiceNow

ServiceNow Technical Lead

This is a highly technical leadership role that requires expertise in ServiceNow software development and architecture.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and building complex software applications, with experience working on multiple programming languages and software stacks.

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow client and server scripts, REST integrations, and scoped applications, adhering to standards and procedures.
• Oversee the creation of low-level design documents and detailed engineering specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Mentor and guide the ServiceNow development team, providing governance oversight and technical expertise.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot production issues, leading root-cause analysis and determining corrective action.
• Maintain up-to-date skills in software development technologies and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of coding and/or designing in multiple programming languages.
• Experience working with vendor partner resources and familiarity with Agile-based SDLC.
• Proven success in designing complex enterprise-level software applications and superior analytical and business skills.
• Expert-level application of technology/engineering knowledge-base and superior technical communication skills.
