Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions that align with client needs. This involves leading technical solution design sessions, contributing to process improvement and documentation within the CSM domain.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in CSM implementation, having a minimum of 3+ years of experience and a total experience of more than 5+ years. They should be proficient in designing, coding, and troubleshooting applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM modules.

A key responsibility of this role is to manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes. This includes providing advanced support for ServiceNow CSM, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning. Additionally, they should be familiar with Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Performance Analytics, and Service Portal with JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets.

They will also have expertise in Application Development on ServiceNow, App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls, UI Scripts, UI Policies, UI Policy Actions, Variables, Variable Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, and Glide AJAX. Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs and best practices is essential.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in English communication, both verbal and written. Self-driven and an individual contributor, they should have minimal dependency on other team members, as this will be an Agile-based execution model.

Familiarity with Agile Project Execution Methodologies and Ceremonies is mandatory. The candidate should also have a good understanding of overall development processes and quality processes followed within development processes.

Mandatory Skills include Custom App Development and ServiceNow Portal Development. Location: PAN India
