Must-Have Skills

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) according to business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to automate complex processes.
• Develop catalogs and create Flow Designer content.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Expertise in Incident Management - Resolution, Escalation Process, SLA Management.
• Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis, Problem Resolution, Workarounds.
• Change Management – Risk Assessment, Impact Analysis, Change Planning, Scheduling, Implementation.
• Strong Knowledge Management understanding.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting Language.
