- *About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Configuring and customizing multiple modules of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance.
The successful candidate will design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes. Experience with Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize multiple modules of ServiceNow.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts.
- Experience with Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting Language.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting language.
- Good competency in configuring and customizing multiple modules of ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
