We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to enhance operational efficiency across various departments. This role will involve the administration and development of ServiceNow solutions, supporting a comprehensive suite of 140+ applications while ensuring accurate mapping of Configuration Items (CIs) within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Administration:

• Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to uphold security and compliance standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to optimize functionality.

ServiceNow Development

• Design and develop custom applications and integrations utilizing ServiceNow's scripting capabilities (JavaScript, AngularJS).
• Create and manage workflows, service catalog items, and automated processes to enhance overall service delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration of more than 140 applications within the ServiceNow platform to maximize operational effectiveness.

Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

• Maintain and manage the CMDB to accurately map and track Configuration Items (CIs) associated with the 138 applications.
• Facilitate effective IT service management and change management processes through precise CI mapping.
• Clean up CMDB CI duplicates, maintain CMDB health, and create dashboards for monitoring.
