A company is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer. Key Responsibilities Implement and enhance ServiceNow applications, including ITSM and HRSD Lead customer kickoff calls and requirements sessions, documenting detailed requirements Collaborate with System Administrators on platform upgrades and provide technical assessments Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow solutions in client environments ServiceNow ITSM Certification and additional certifications in Data Foundations, CSDM, and HRSD Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance Experience with end-to-end implementations of ITSM
