ServiceNow ITSM Professional

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Management professional with 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management / CMDB / Automated Discovery as well as process improvement in a technology organization. You should have a thorough understanding of ITIL processes, including but not limited to: Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, and Event Management.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining metrics, reports, and dashboards, and providing strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. ServiceNow experience is preferred, and advanced knowledge of CMDB/CDSM data models and ITIL/COBIT5 certifications are highly valued.
