CSA and CAD certified

Government or US Public sector knowledge ideal

Offshore management skills

Technical Lead (2 years+) - ESSENTIAL

Development skills

This role involves configuration, incident management, change management, asset management, service request management, email notifications, integration, Chatbot, SecOps, Service Portal, workflow automation, data migration, security, compliance, code reviews, documentation, UAT, training and working with stakeholders.

Salary – $155-175k + up to 20% Bonus + 401k plan
