Onsite technical support for hardware, software, and user environment issues.

Provide advanced technical support for client-issued laptops (including peripherals like printer, scanner), including hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as resolution of escalated service requests and incidents.

Coordinate and execute onboarding setup, including hardware configuration and first-day login readiness, covering user provisioning and system access.

Manage mobile device enrollment, configuration, and compliance through approved Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

Oversee the packaging, shipping, and tracking of IT assets to remote or new employees in coordination with logistics partners.

Network connectivity troubleshooting at the endpoint

Travel to remote offices as needed on Customer Leadership Teams demand

Provide white glove support.

Document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous service improvement.
