Detailed Job Description:

l Good Knowledge on Functional and IVR Testing processes and tools, including defect lifecycle management.

l Knowledge of Spanish Language is mandatory.

l Sound understanding of Agile Methodology and prior experience of working in Scrum teams.

l Sound knowledge of Banking Domain and prior experience of IVR project execution would help.

l Selenium automation scripting knowledge to be able to debug script issues and fix, rerun the regression tests. Should know the spanish language for spanish IVR testing

l Test planning and execution

l Status reporting

l Coordination with offshore teams

Must skills:

l Agile processes

l IVR testing

l Spanish language
