Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM developer to join our team at Next Ventures. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in developing and enhancing IT service management modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and internal teams to gather and validate business requirements, implement and maintain SLAs, workflows, approvals, and notifications, and assist in the rollout of ITIL-based best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and internal teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Implement and maintain SLAs, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
- Assist in the rollout of ITIL-based best practices across the organization.
- Develop and manage Service Catalog items with associated request fulfilment flows.
- Participate in UAT, documentation, and support post-deployment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server-side & client-side).
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Customizing and configuring forms, lists, and workflows in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integration and Update Sets.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and performance tuning.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, or ITSM-specific certifications.
- Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, or IntegrationHub.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Service Portal customization or front-end development (AngularJS).
- Prior experience with multi-instance/multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.
About the Project:
You will be working as part of a cross-functional digital transformation team, supporting the implementation and enhancement of the client's IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow. The project aims to modernize and automate IT operations using the ServiceNow platform in alignment with ITIL practices. Strong stakeholder engagement and rapid delivery of ITSM features will be expected.
