ServiceNow Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to support and maintain our client's ServiceNow platform. This role includes basic configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, and Change Management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the ServiceNow platform
• Assist with basic configuration and updates
• Help users with issues and questions
• Create simple reports and dashboards
• Work with IT team to improve workflows

Requirements:

• Experience using and supporting ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of ITSM processes
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• ServiceNow certification
• Experience with ServiceNow administration or development
