- This position requires an expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various components.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow enterprise-wide solutions that meet business requirements.
- Developing and maintaining custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications and configurations.
- Providing guidance and support to other team members on ServiceNow-related topics.
- *Ideal Candidate**
- At least 13 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in ServiceNow application development, including customization of core applications.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual and detail levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
