Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.

• Debug and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Should have experience in managing the platform and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
