Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Service Portal solutions tailored to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow Service Portal widgets, pages, and themes to align with organizational standards and user needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Service Portal components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portal functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Service Portal design, configuration, and customization processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development, including custom widget development and UI/UX design.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow's Service Portal framework, including the creation and customization of widgets, pages, and themes.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow's overall architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
